Dishes that are traditionally served vegan
Flatbread made from chickpea flour, water and olive oil. Make sure: no cheese is added
Caramelized peanuts/ almonds with cacao or vanilla powder

Dishes that are not vegan by default, but can be made so, by asking to remove or change part of the ingredients.
Pizza with wheat dough base, tomato sauce, cheese and different toppings. To veganize: ask for no cheese and no meat
Mixed vegetables with meat/ cheese toppings. To veganize: ask for no animal products in the salad and dressing
Round thin dough, topped with meat, vegetables and herbs. To veganize: ask for no meat
Fried potatoes with eggs, peas, ham, onions, and garlic. To veganize: ask for no meat, cheese or eggs
Pasta with sauces, usually containing meat/ dairy. To veganize- ask to make with tomato sauce or olive oil and garlic
White rice with carrots, onions, garlic, bean sprouts, eggs and pepper. To veganize- ask for no eggs
Dishes that might look vegan, but contain animal products.

Wheat dough baked pastry with fillings. usually made with eggs
