Corn Fufu

Sautéed spinach and yam with onion, tomatoes, hot peppers, salt and palm oil.

Njama-Njama

Black-eyed peas pudding made with palm oil, salt and chili pepper.

Koki

Slow cooked corn in a mix of spinach, palm nut paste and sugar.

Sanga

Steamed cassava tubers served with leafy greens fried with tomatoes, onion, garlic and local seasoning.

Manioc et Legumes sauté

Fried crispy Black eyed peas fritters served with African hot sauce.

Akara

Rice with beans stew made of beans, tomatoes, celery, basil, onion, ginger root, olive oil and salt.

Pumpkin or soup made with melon seeds ,spinach, okra, chili pepper, crayfish and shrimp. To veganize: ask for no seafood.

Egussi Soup

Peanut soup made with grilled peanut paste, chili pepper, salt and garlic and served with rice. usually made with chicken stock. To veganize: ask for no chicken stock.

Riz-Sauce D'arrachide

Cabbage salad made with sausage, tuna, carrots, avocado, sweet corn, onion and cream dressing. To veganize: ask for no meat, fish or cream.

Salade de crudité

Potato hot pot with cream cheese, beef, vegetables and local spices. To veganize: ask for no meat or dairy.

Ragout de Pomme

Okra soup made with meat and fish. To veganize: ask to for no meat, fish, crayfish or cow skin.

Sauce Gombo

Fried rice with chicken, grated coconut, bell peppers, carrots and green beans. To veganize: ask for no chicken or meat stock.

Riz au Noix de Coco

Sweet potato pie with meat cheese and vegetables. To veganize: ask for no cheese or meat.

Pili

Slow cooked plantain with shredded pork and local spices. To veganize: ask for no pork or meat stock.

Sese Plantains

Ball of mashed taro in palm oil sauce with local seasoning and dried fish. To veganize: ask for no dry fish or eggs.

Taro

Pan fried spaghetti with sardines, onion, garlic, salt and vegetable oil. To veganize: ask for no sardines.

Spaghetti Sauté a La Sardine

Vegetable salad made with different vegetables and mayonnaise dressing. To veganize: ask for no eggs and no dressing.
