Lentil stew made with tomatoes, garlic, onion chili and spices

Dal

Made of mashed potatoes mustard oil, garlic cloves, red chilli and roasted onions. Makes sure: No eggs on top for garnishing

Aloo Bhorta

White basmati rice cooked with carrots, beans, peppers, chili, cashew nuts, raisins and local spices

Veg Fried Rice

Fried okra (Ladyfinger) with roasted onions and Bengali spices

Bhindi Bhaji

Boiled Spinach with onions, almonds and seasonings. Make sure: no ghee is added

Palong Shaak Bhaji

Lightly fried/baked eggplants with masala spices

Begun Bhaja

Kidney beans cooked in a thick curry made from tomatoes, ginger, garlic, red chili

Rajma

Pan fried flat bread made from whole wheat flour. Make sure: Make sure no milk or ghee was used

Paratha
