French Fries. Make sure: no animal fat is used for frying
Salad made from crushed wheat, parsley, cilantro, mint and lemon juice.
Dishes that are not vegan by default, but can be made so, by asking to remove or change part of the ingredients.
Bread with avocado and different toppings. To veganize: ask for no meat, cheese nor egg toppings
Boiled leek with herbs, served with hard boiled eggs and onion. To veganize: ask for no eggs
Baked potatoes with mustard, served with crème fraiche. To veganize: ask for no crème fraiche

French lentils stew made with carrots, and sausage. To veganize: ask to have made without meat or cheese.
Soup made with pasta, white beans, tomato, cabbage, carrots, zucchini, green beans. To veganize: ask for no pesto or cheese (usually added)
Dishes that might look vegan, but contain animal products.
Mashed potatoes. usually cooked with cream, butter and milk
Brioche, Pain de mie (sandwich bread) and Biscottes are usually made with milk, eggs and/or butter
Apple doughnut, contains eggs

Not all wines are vegan. Make sure to read the ingredients
Onion soup, that is usually made with meat stock and cooked with butter and cheese
Olive spread made with capers and anchovies
Dressing: oil, vinegar and mustard, but honey/parmesan/fish oil are commonly added.
