Vegan dishes

Dishes that are traditionally served vegan

Curry stew cooked with vegetables and spices. Make sure: no ghee (butter) or cream is used

Indian Curry

Fried potato patties served for breakfast. Make sure: no butter is used

Hash Browns

Baked cauliflower marinated with barbecue seasoning. Make sure: no butter or milk is used

Roasted brussel sprouts served with rice or quinoa.

Hard or soft tortilla with beans, meat, lettuce, avocado and cheese. To Veganize: ask for no meat or cheese

Soft bread with fillings such as cheese, eggs and vegetables. To veganize: ask for no cheese or eggs to be used

Vegetarian Sandwich

Mixed fruit smoothie that can be made with milk. To veganize: ask for plant-based milk/water instead of milk

Wheat dough topped with tomato sauce, cheese, vegetables and meat. To veganize: ask for no cheese or meat

Pizza

Salad made with cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, olives, onion and feta cheese. To veganize: ask for no feta cheese

Different variations of vegetable salads, most made with cheese or eggs. To veganize: ask for no cheese or eggs

Vegetarian Salads

Spiralized raw zucchini with vegetables and different sauces. To veganize: ask for no cheese, meat or seafood to be added

Dishes that are not vegan, but appear to be.

Dishes that might look vegan, but contain animal products.

Many times bread products are made with eggs or dairy, best to check

Often contains dairy, fish oils, eggs or honey

Salads Dressing

Filled fried pastry that often contains egg in the dough crust

Spring Roll

Some companies are adding Omega-3, fish oil or other animal derived substances, best to check

Orange juice

Usually contains gelatin from animal source

Jello

Usually made with anchovies or parmesan cheese
