Sweet snack made from rice/tapioca flour, coconut, peanuts, pandan leaves, ginger and chocolate

Dishes that are not vegan by default, but can be made so, by asking to remove or change part of the ingredients.

Rice with a variety of side dishes including many vegan options and meat/ fish dished. To veganize: ask for no meat, fish or eggs

Nasi Campur

Coconut rice with spices and meat. To Veganize: ask to for no meat or Kurpuk

Nasi Uduk

Rice with coconut, herbs, shallots and local spices. To veganize: ask for no shrimp or fish sauce

Nasi Ulam

Coconut rice with peanuts, cucumber, anchovies and hard-boiled egg. To veganize: ask for no anchovies or eggs

Nasi Lemek

Vegetables in peanut sauce, served with steamed rice and rice cake. To veganize: ask for no shrimp paste or crackers

Nasi Pecel

Fried tofu with sambal sauce (contains fish), sprouts and grated carrot. To veganize: ask for soy instead of sambal sauce

Tahu Goreng

Cooked dish inside a banana leaf, can be made with fish tofu or mushrooms. To veganize: ask for no fish, meat or eggs

Pepes

Steamed vegetables with egg, tofu, sticky rice and peanut sauce. To veganize: ask for no egg, shrimp sauce or Krupuk

Gado Gado ro Lotek

Cooked jack fruit in coconut milk and spices, served with egg and chicken. To veganize: ask for no eggs or meat
